Why did you read the "Forgot the Administrator's Password? - Reset Domain Admin Password in Windows 2000 AD"??????

Do you have an Active Directory infrastructure? So why read that article?

    Try http://www.petri.com/forgot_administrator_password.htm instead.

          i rty it
"When the login screen appears, hit CTRL-ALT-DEL and log in as "Administrator" with no password. This is the MACHINE Administrator account, and does not have the ability to modify anything specific involving the Active Directory information, although it can backup and restore the physical files which contain the AD databases"

          it's give me a msg...
          that the administrator is disable....

          WHAT CAN I DO ?

Where exactly did you say you had AD? Do you have a server with AD on it? If so, did you follow the tip I gave you step by step? It works 100%, so if you still can't make it work then you must be doing something wrong, and I can't tell what it is without you giving us all the required info.

Listen, why don't you just follow the tip step by step? Huh? Please do so and if things still don't work come back and write down everything you did, exactly, step by step.

The NET USER command help can be reached by typing NET USER /?
                  Cheers,

I believe the account needs to first be enabled and you must know the password.

Use the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor to enable the account, and then reset the password. Have you tried this yet?
