  • share Access

    when i try to access comuter as \\room20, it shows user name as room20\guest in disabled form and i can ,t change user name, and it required password, I want access it with administrator user.How?

    try opening My Computer -> tools -> Folder Options -> view and at the bottom untick 'Use simple File sharing'

      well! it works fine, But how can i do this in windows 2003 server, Actually in windows XP , there is limit that only 10 user can access shared folder at a time,no more session can be made, so i want to impliment this in windows 2003 server because it has no limit for share.How can i do this ?

        You should be able to limit the connections to it by setting a maximum number of users.

        This pic is from Windows 2000 Server but i can't imagine it being that different.
