How can i have all open word, excel, power points, etc files fully saved automatically a specific time every day...

My sitiuation is i have a bunch of lazy brokers who do not restart, log off or shutdown their machines ever... So I have found a utility which will remotly restart client machines at specific times of day or week (http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/PsShutdown.html)... My problem now is i have a few brokers who have word and excel files open on their system all the time and do not always save their work... So i need a tool which will save all open files at a specific time of day.,...

    Re: Auto Save File

IMHO the best solution is a memo, approved by someone very senior, warning all users that

"With effect from next Monday all PCs will automatically reboot at 0000 hours each day. Any unsaved work will be lost."

Yes, someone will ignore it and lose work but between MS Officce's autosave and auto recovery features and "I told you so, you @$$", there should be minimum problems.
