  • userinit.exe No Disk error when logging in

Occasionally when I log in (it's happened on both my admin account and my mothers limited account) in Win XP Pro (SP1) I get the following error message:

    userinit.exe - No Disk

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive D:.

    [Cancel] [Try Again] [Continue]

I can get around it by clicking Continue about 5 times (the prompt keeps reappearing) and it doesn't bother me after that...

How do i stop this happening?

Drive D is a CD Drive

    Thanks,
    Kefka

I've got AVG7 installed and fully updated - I'll run a scan before going to bed tonight.

I've disabled the windows firewall (see my internet connection/email problems post:P).
I've got an old copy of zonealarm installed but it isn't running - my connection is so slow and its a dialup:P

XP has service pack 1a and the big rollup (i think thats what it was called) linked to from Petri.co.il installed.

I've only seen the semen message once, and the userinit one doesn't happen all the time...
