  • expand menus on mouse hover

Once upon a time start menus...and other OS menus...used to expand automatically when the mouse cursor hovered over them. Now it requires a mouse click to expand these menus. There must be a setting somewhere to change it back to expand on hover, yes? Where is this setting choice to be found?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I DO have the option CHECKED and yet I still have to CLICK. The menus do NOT expand on HOVER.

Yes, I did try removing and resetting. Same thing. No hover expansion.
