  • Win Xp kill screensaver

The paswworded screensaver at my workplace goes off in a ridiculos 3min.
I do not have admin rights to edit my desktop settings but I can see the running tasks and have access to registry.
Is there any way I can disable this SS implementation?
Promisse will put it back if they catch me
    Thank you!

That's right is a new co policy. First thing I did was to ask but they will not make any exception.
Thanks for pointing no 8 rule. This comunity has lots to offer I think and is not worth being banned for life . Should noone answer my quest, will post somewhereelse. Thanks.

yeah well sorry we can't help you out further.
I can understand you're system admin with doing this.

Its a pretty high security risk, to keep the screen unlocked. Most attacks are from the inside, and if a colleque take you're pc, while still logged on, you're the person who's responsible..

i don't know the company's policy, but it's even possible that they will fire you if you start internal hacking.
