  • import/export network connections in winxp pro

    Hello,

I need to know how to "backup" all my network connections on my winxp pro wrkstn. I'm talking about when you right click on my network places, then go to properties, i have several (over 100) network connections saved with passwords and such that i need to backup. Then i'll format and put them back, but i just can't figure it out. If you right click on one and choose copy, you can past it but it only creates a shortcut, not a copy of the whole network connection with settings and such. I've also tried to search for files and folders to see where there network connections are actually stored, but no luck with that. I"ve also searched the registry with no luck either. can anyone help me?

To supplement the above post... The password is not stored in this file, though.
