  • IE 7 Security settings revert back to secure

I have a locked down system (Army Gold Disk) and I want to change security settings so I can select "Custom Level", add sites, change security levels etc. I went and deleted "Security_HKLM_only", "Security_options_edit", “Security_zones_map_edit” and I had access to what I needed. Reboot and the keys that I deleted reappear.

What is happening?? I am the network admin and GPO's are not setting any Internet Explorer options at this time. Trying to set up a standard image for our mission.

What is an Army Gold Disk and how is the network managed? Are there any upstream GPOs being applied that will over ride changes that you are making?
    1 1 was a racehorse.
    2 2 was 1 2.

    2 2 1 1 2
