  • Problem with Symantec BE+Endpoint

    I'm installed Symactec Backup exec system recovery v8.5 +Endpoint protection v12
    After restart computer I try to test it,But it have problem with Interface was black (see in image).
    I'm sure cause of this problem is Windows.Because I use nLite to slipstream driver&remove some windows's component.
    How I repair it.

    Please give more detail.

    What OS- it looks like Windows XP? Is Windows fully up to date?

    What components did you remove?

    What have you tried already? Have you spoken to Symantec or looked on their forums?

    Does this affect any other applications?

      I'm remove this component
      - Internet Games
      - Music Samples
      - Windows Messenger

      I didn't buy support serviceOS : Windows XP 64bit with no update
      It didn't affect any other applications?.Just only symantec

          I'm test with OEM windows CD.After installed windows I install BE+EP and test it(with no update too),It haven't this problem

            I'm test it again with Microsoft OEM windows XP 64Bit CD.
            After installed windows(with no update too) ,I install Symantec BE+Endpoint.
            And restart windows to test it ,but it hasn't this problem

              Even so, I recommend you update Windows asap - running Windows without security updates is not a good idea.

              Are you running the most up to date drivers (particularly graphics drivers)?

                I'm installed last version of Nvidia driver.
                I try to update windows (only critical&importain) but it still has problem
