Then I use disconnect the domain & rejoin again. It seem to work when I do this. But it make a big big problem everyday need to do so. And user also do not how to do!

The client is win xp pro sp3 - Traditional Chinese version.

Anyone know the problem? How to fix it??

Probably the account is beeing desabled because of someone trying to logon with that account but doesent know the password. Check out the GPO about logon attempts. It can be a mobile device trying to connect or something, never know. As l4ndy said, checkout the event viewer and see if anything is wrong.

Can you confirm whether the account is disabled or locked out?
