  • RDP and black screen ?

I recently set up one of my clients with a new Dell with dual monitors and installed a VPN connection through a Cisco ASA 5505. I was testing out RDP from inside the network today and through the VPN and got a really weird result. I would get the login screen, I would sign in and the screen would go Black, when I went to look at the machine there was no login screen just two black screens, it would not respond to any key strokes so I had to power it down in order to get back in. I'm not sure what would be causing this because I have successfully connected with RDP a couple of times but the majority of the times results in a black screen and even though the computer and drives are spinning there are unresponsive.

    Any ideas?

How are the screens setup in Display Properties - Settings?
    1 1 was a racehorse.
    2 2 was 1 2.
