  • how is winxp boot and ...?

hi pals, do you know what is the boot sequence of winxp? i just briefly know that BIOS --> ntldr --> boot.ini--> ???

and where are the passwords of the users stored? how to access it on my computer? I think if i can change all the password, i may fix my winxp problem... thanks for help.

Passwords of each user stored under a files at C:\WINDOWS\SAM.LOG

If u edit that file and start machine , it wont ask you for old forgotten password . But to edit that "sam.log" file you must rmeove ur hdd and
attach it to other hdd .
