      Thanks gforceindustries, Very good program!

I will use this program with for solving following problemI wonder if this is possible)

I have 2 installation files(wizzards). In order to install full application I run first wizard (contains files for virtual keybord) and later second wizard, (files are moved to different folders and I track them using Process Monitor.

I would like to create one installation file from both wizzards. I was thinking to track installed files from both wizards, (log names and paths) create new wizzards in .NET Visual Studio including files from tracking list.

Is that possible? (I don't have any source code of this application)

      Regards,
      Tom

Wouldn't it be easier to use Winstall LE or similar to create an MSI?

Re: tracking files installed by installation Wizard

Thanks again! With this tool it is very simple to edit MSI installer and do some changes...

But the problem is that my installers are .exe (not MSI).

Is there any tool that I can use to convert from .exe to .MSI ?

          Regards,
          Tom

            Winstall LE.

You don't convert them - you create an MSI by having it monitor the changes that are made during installation. Look at the product documentation - you take a snapshot before and after.

Sometimes software will come with an exe and MSI as well, so saves you creating your own.

Looks like everything is now working for you anyway.
