sigverif checks windows files signature if any file is modified it will be reported as unsigned file you can understand your file is modified or not

to repair winsock.dll use either sfc /scannow or find that dll in your windows cd its name is winsock.dl_
copy somewher and rename it winsock.cab now extract it then copy both system32\dllcache and system32

    to repair winsock2 use
    netsh winsock reset
