  • Display volume on screen

With my old Asus mobo, I had installed the ASUS audio application which included an on-screen display of the volume level whenever I changed the volume using my keyboard's multi-media keys.

Now I have the Gigabyte X38-DS5, I don't have a volume-level display. Where can I get one from?

    WinXP SP2, Gigabyte X38-DS5.

Do you have a logitech keyboard? If so, you can get it from their web site. I think it's called SetPoint.

you can rip out the OSD from media center to work with windows XP.

this guy has done it for you, and zipped it up.

normally i would be wary of a zip link that is actually a gif link, but i already scanned the thing and its cool. read the instructions...

works on my desktop right now. its in green and i dont believe you can change the colors, but its better than nothing.

there is also another link for an HP laptop that may or may not work...
