          Re: Reg:VPN

Is the static IP one from their ISP, or an internal IP, such as 10.*.*.* or 192.168.*.* ?

            here is a pretty step-by-step walk-thru with pictures! pictures i said! yee-haw!

            http://www.windowsecurity.com/articl...indows-XP.html

i have had some problems with creating VPN connections, and usually it can be fixed by playing with the "security" tab of the VPN connection you created. select advanced and try messing with the "data encryption" settings.
