    Can anyone tell me how to contact Microsoft to replace a broken Win 98 CD ? - I stood on it while walking out of the computer room in my friend's house...DOH !!

    He's got the COA for it.

      I sometimes wish there was no law against taking the law into your hands... A shotgun would be my best support strategy for some really lame users...

        Call Microsoft, they will require proof of purchase (ie a photocopy or photo of the CD key sticker), and then they will charge you a replacement CD fee (the last CD set I got replaced was Windows 2003 Small Business Server, and it cost me $45 AUD).
