  • Apply Local Computer Policy

Hi all, i have a question about local policies. I have a XP SP2 workstation with NTFS partition. Now i need to apply local policies, like hide panel of control, but when i do that, the policy is applied for all users, including local administrator user. Is the a possibility to separate local policies, to a group of users and other policy to administrator, thanks!!

    No, you cannot.

In versions of Windows before Vista, Local Group Policy can configure the group policy for a single local computer, but unlike Active Directory group policy, can not make policies for individual users or groups
If anyone does know of a clever way to do it, I'm sure we would be very interested.
    Best wishes,
    PaulH.
