    Hello Aneesh,

What is the purpose of protecting your folder with password?

    NTFS permissions wouldn't be enough?

As dumber said, why not converting your filesystem to ntfs with convert.exe tool?
With NFTS filesystem, you'll easy manage permissions based on user access
