  • Windows 2000 start up

I have a folder that keeps opening upon start up. I've checked the start up folder and it's not located there.

    It's the strangest thing.

    c:\program Files\Sierra Wireless\MC5720\AC

I looked at the registry in the places I was aware it might be and there was nothing pertaining to a folder.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

It's probably an EXE whose path is spelt wrongly in the registry or in the startup folder. It opens the next thing back which it can find... i.e. the folder which contains the thing which is spelt wrongly.
