  • VPN by pptp with Router - can not connect

I'm trying to create a VPN to my home network.
I used the windows XP pro to create a listener and I successfully create a local VPN connection by given the address 127.0.0.1.
Now, I'm trying to use this connection with the ISP IP from another computer (after I forward the port 1723) and I can't connect!
Please, help me by telling me what should do?

Did you enable PPTP passthrough on your router? What model router do you have?

      Hi Jeremy
I use "BELKIN" router. This router doesn't have the function to enable/disable PPTP passthrough .
      Do you have another idea?

Well "Belkin" is the brand but what is the model? If it doesn't have PPTP passthrough then you may need to get another router. IIRC a PPTP passthrough allows GRE (different than TCP) traffic through.
