  • LogIn Prompt after changing domain on Windows XP Pro

I will do my best to explain my problem. I recently was given some old computers from work. They were part of our network. They were configured for login prompts in order to get into windows. Since I know the passwords for the computers this was no problem, I logged on then went ahead and changed the computer name and took it off the domain that is our network at work. I then ok'd all those changes and the computer restarted. However, I think I forgot to turn off the Windows Login, so now that I removed that domain, I cant log in! is there any way to get around this?

I hope I am making myself clear...and feel free to ask questions!

    Thanks

You need a local account to log on with. If you don't know the username and password for the local administrator's account then you can check out this -> http://forums.petri.com/showthread.php?t=2438
