    Quick question. i've been set a target of following:

    70-680 - Windows 7, Configuring (MCTS)
    70-686 - Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician

    Now according to my reckoning, I only have to do 70-682, and that will pass me for 70-686 because I already have the Windows XP MCDST, and it's just an upgrade.

    However, will 70-682 ALSO pass me for 70-680 ?

    I can't quite figure it out.

    Letters to help the planners:

    MCSA; MCDST (XP) ; MCITP:SA ;

    I suspect not, as the 680 exam is off the "support" track, so you will get the ITP, but not the TS
