    Hi everybody,

    Currently, I've got certificate MCSE. I want to get MCT from Microsoft. So, could you tell me how to get MCT certificate.

        IMHO you need a LOT of experience delivering IT training before even thinking about MCT status. Get in with a local training centre or IT Academy and watch MCTs in action, and look into "train the trainer" type courses to assure yourself you have the relevant "soft skill" set as well as the "hard skills"

        As Gareth said, official requirements are on the MS site.
